Katalyst Achieves Meraki-Powered Services Specialization from Cisco

Charlotte, NC- August, 16 2023- Katalyst, a leading Managed Service provider, proudly announces its prestigious designation as a “Powered Service for Meraki Access and Security” provider awarded by Cisco. This recognition highlights Katalyst’s expertise in delivering Managed Services as a solution based on Meraki technology, providing customers with optimal network security and performance.

To earn the coveted designation of Powered Service, Katalyst successfully completed a third-party audit that particularly underscored the extent of process and automation Katalyst uses in delivering this service.

The audits validate Katalyst’s demonstrated capabilities to deliver Cisco Powered services, including service provisioning, change management, proactive monitoring, remote troubleshooting, operation of a Network Operations Center (NOC), and integration of service-level agreements with the end customer.
