Katalyst is looking to hire a motivated individual to join our company as an Engineer, Managed Services. As part of our technical team, you will provide proactive, technical expertise while focusing on customer loyalty and building long-term client relationships. You will work to deliver market-leading managed services using a proactive approach focused on the client’s business and suggesting new and innovative ways to keep them succeeding with Katalyst solutions. As Engineer, Managed Services you will help set the standard for delivering a great client experience and help build a world-class managed services practice.
Job Requirements:
Education
- Undergraduate degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
Work Experience
- 3+ years systems / infrastructure support experience required
- 3+ years managing Azure and O365 environments preferred
- 2+ years deploying or supporting data center technologies (virtualization, storage, compute, backup)
- Experience with Remote Monitoring and Management solutions and support ticketing systems
Certifications Preferred
- Microsoft Azure Administration
- Microsoft O365 Enterprise Administration or similar
- VMware Data Center Certification (VCP, VCTA)
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
- Security certifications (Security+ or equivalent)
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Meraki certifications
